Job Role: Academic Counsellor

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Location: Velachery, Chennai

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming inquires (walk-ins, calls, website leads, social media)
- Counsel students on various courses offered by us
- Understand students needs and suggest appropriate career-oriented programs
- Convert leads intpadmissions and acheive monthly targets
- Maintain and update student data in CRM regularly
- Follow-up wit leads through calls, messages and emails
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth student onboarding
- Support marketing activities like seminars, webinars and campaigns

Required Skills:

- Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Knowledge of Sales and counselling techniques
- Ability to handle CRM tools and data management
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Valuable presentation and convincing skills
