Position: Academic Counselor

Compensation: ₹2.5 – ₹5 LPA (Including Performance Incentives)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday Off)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

As an Academic Counselor, you will guide prospective students in making informed academic decisions by understanding their goals and recommending suitable programs. This role requires solid sales acumen, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments through structured follow-ups and relationship building.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior sales experience who enjoys meaningful conversations and thrives in a target-driven, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide students in selecting the most suitable academic programs based on their goals.
- Build strong rapport and provide professional counseling to students and parents.
- Achieve enrollment targets through consultative selling and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain and manage student records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology,



or related fields preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or a target-driven role (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, result-oriented, and comfortable working with performance targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
