We are looking for an

Academic Counsellor – Admissions to join our admissions team. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, recommending suitable courses and colleges, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and other communication channels.

- Understand students’ academic background, interests, budget and career goals.

- Provide accurate information about colleges, courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships and admission processes.

- Counsel students and help them choose suitable courses and institutions.

- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into applications/admissions.

- Maintain proper lead records and update CRM regularly.

- Coordinate with colleges/universities and internal teams for smooth admission processing.

- Achieve daily and monthly counselling,



application and admission targets.

- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive student experience.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing and counselling abilities.

- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is preferred.

- Freshers can apply.

Candidates with experience in education counselling, inside sales, telecalling or admissions will be preferred.
