Edexe Learning is looking for a proactive and organized Academic Coordinator Intern to support the academic team in ensuring the smooth execution of daily academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and managing class schedules.
- Coordinate with faculty members and internal teams.
- Support the planning and execution of academic activities.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- Follow up on class updates and schedule changes.
- Coordinate with students regarding classes and academic-related queries.
- Assist the academic team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
