Role Description The 3PL Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Daskroi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and distribution, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients in target sectors such as FMCG, chemicals, white goods, pharma, and e-commerce.

The individual will conduct client meetings, present tailored 3PL solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales in line with company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with operations and warehouse teams to ensure service quality, and monitoring market trends to refine sales strategies.



The role also includes regular reporting on sales performance, contributing to forecasts, and participating in training or development activities to enhance product and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets within a 3PL or logistics environment.
- Experience in delivering Training or product presentations to clients and internal stakeholders to improve understanding of services and solutions.
- Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations, preferably within FMCG, chemicals, white goods, pharma, or e-commerce sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Daskroi, manage field activities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is also valued.
- Demonstrated negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
