Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser with strong experience in creating high-quality exterior architectural visualisations for high-rise residential buildings, apartments, and flats. The candidate should be able to convert architectural drawings and concepts into realistic 3D models, renders, and presentation visuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models of high-rise residential buildings, apartments, and exterior environments.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic exterior renders for architectural and real-estate projects.
- Interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts.
- Develop realistic building facades, balconies, windows, landscaping, roads, lighting, and surrounding environments.
- Set up appropriate materials, textures, lighting, cameras, and compositions for exterior renders.
- Prepare multiple views such as front elevation, aerial views, street views, night views, and perspective shots.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and clients to understand design requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining accuracy and visual quality.
- Ensure that the final renders accurately represent the proposed architectural design.
- Create presentation-ready images, walkthroughs, and other visual content when required.
- Maintain organized 3D models, textures, materials, and project files.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and architectural visualisation.




- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, building elevations, proportions, and construction details.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and camera composition.
- Ability to create photorealistic exterior renders.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for architectural aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualisation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Previous experience working on high-rise residential/apartment projects is preferred.
- Experience creating marketing visuals for real-estate developers will be an advantage.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exterior architectural visualisation is required.
