· Plan, coordinate, and execute civil & interior projects from initiation to handover.
· Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
· Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.
· Manage material procurement and inventory control.
· Coordinate with architects, designers, and internal teams.
· Identify risks and resolve on-site issues effectively.
Requirements
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of interior design, lighting, materials, textures, and composition
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Relevant experience in interior or architectural visualization
