Please find the JD below for the same:

- Undertake design project from concept to completion.

· Preparation of 3D of the project (Internal and External ) as per the Final Architectural Plan; · Make Docket and Submission Plan

· Preparation of Exterior and Interior Signages with BOQ

· Preparation of Art Work for Project/Product.

Skills Required

· Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit and 3DS Max;

· Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape

· Good understanding of lighting, texture, and color theory

· Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately communicate design concepts

· Qualification – any qualification related to Architectural Field.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Solid communication and problem-solving skills

· Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Designer to join our dynamic team at 3D Designer. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Proficiency in various 3D design software is essential. The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality 3D visualizations that align with our clients' architectural visions.

Key Responsibilities

· Experience with 3D modeling & Visualisation - software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit and 3DS Max;

· Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape

· Good understanding of lighting, texture, and color theory





· Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately communicate design concepts

Qualifications

- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience
- 4-5 years of professional experience in 3D design for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successful project completions and satisfied clients.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and other relevant 3D design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Other Requirements
