Job Summary

We are looking for a talented 3D Generalist with 3+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization and 3D walkthrough videos. The ideal candidate should have expertise across the complete 3D production pipeline, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and post-production.

You will transform architectural concepts, CAD drawings, and floor plans into photorealistic 3D walkthrough videos, cinematic flythroughs, and high-quality still renders for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Create accurate 3D models from CAD drawings, floor plans, and architectural references.
- Produce photorealistic 3D walkthrough videos, cinematic flythroughs, and high-quality still renders.
- Develop realistic interiors, exteriors, landscapes, and architectural environments.
- Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, camera animations, and environmental assets.
- Optimize scenes for efficient rendering while maintaining visual quality.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, project managers, and creative teams throughout the production pipeline.
- Ensure all walkthrough videos and visualizations meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Required Skills





- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Architectural Visualization or 3D Walkthrough projects.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, or Autodesk Maya.
- Strong experience with V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or D5 Render.
- Excellent understanding of architectural modeling, lighting, composition, and photorealistic rendering.
- Experience creating walkthrough videos, flythroughs, camera animations, and scene optimization.
- Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion, or D5 Render for real-time visualization.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects for post-production.
- Understanding of PBR workflows, asset optimization, and environment creation.
- Experience creating 360 walkthroughs, VR presentations, or interactive architectural experiences. (Plus)

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Animation, Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
