Role Description

We are seeking a Revit 3D Modeler with strong expertise in BIM and industrial modeling,

to support the creation of detailed 3D replicas of existing buildings, machinery, and production environments.

The role focuses on transforming point cloud data and technical inputs into accurate digital models, which can be integrated into BIM environments and digital twins.

You will work at the interface between architecture and industrial systems ,

ensuring that both building and equipment models are developed in alignment with the specific production processes and operational requirements of each project.

Key Responsibilities

- defining parameters in revit for families




- conceptualizing/ visualising factory machinery layouts

1. Industrial equipment

2. Machines and production lines

3. Building components

• Create models based on:
1. Point cloud data (laser scans)

2. Existing documentation and layouts

• Support:
1. 3D Building Modeling (Existing Assets)
2. 3D Equipment Modeling (LOD 300)

• Work at the interface between architecture, engineering, and industrial planning

- Ensure model quality and alignment with BIM standards

Your Profile

Minimum 3+ years experience in RVT Modeling and coordination
- Background in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar
- Strong experience with:
- Revit (Families & Components modeling)
- Solid Edge, Rhino, SketchUp or similar tools
- Experience working with point cloud data (e.g. Autodesk ReCap or similar)
- Understanding of industrial facilities and production environments
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and structured modeling approaches
- Detail-oriented, structured, and technically driven mindset
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
