Role Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated 3D Artist to join our team full-time onsite at Snow Star Games. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our game worlds and characters to life through 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and asset creation.

Responsibilities

- Create optimized 3D models compatible with popular game engines such as Unreal Engine and Unity, including characters, environments, props, and assets
- Ensure models adhere to technical guidelines for performance and quality, suitable for real-time rendering
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate assets seamlessly and maintain visual consistency across projects

Requirements

- Y ou should be highly skilled in modeling, texturing,



lighting, and rigging within Blender
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience in creating game-ready assets
- Knowledge of optimization techniques for models used in game engines
- Familiarity with PBR workflows, texture creation, and shaders
- Positive knowledge of shaders and their applications in game engines to enhance visual quality and performance
- Good knowledge of Unity Engine and Shader Graph

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Blender is mandatory (other tools like Maya, ZBrush, or 3ds Max are a bonus)
- Strong experience in 3D modeling
- Familiarity with asset integration within game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity
- Knowledge of LODs, collision, and game engine specifications
- Strong artistic and creative abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and communication skills
