Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for 2D and 3D Designers based in New Delhi. The role involves conceptualizing and creating 2D and 3D design assets for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential environments, aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include developing 3D models and visualizations, preparing detailed layouts and graphics, exploring lighting and material options, and producing high-quality renderings for presentations and approvals.

Designers will collaborate closely with project managers,



production teams, and other creatives to ensure designs are practical for fabrication and installation, and meet timelines and quality standards. The role also includes refining designs based on feedback, maintaining organized project files, and staying updated on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to experiential and environmental design.

Qualifications

Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for events, exhibitions, interiors, or experiential environments.

Proficiency in Graphic Design for 2D layouts, branding elements, and visual communication assets.

Understanding of Lighting to enhance 3D visualizations, mood, and overall experiential impact.

Ability to apply Animation where needed for presentations, walkthroughs, or interactive visual content.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite).

Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, Visual Communication, or related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D and 3D design work for events, exhibitions, or spatial experiences.

Attention to detail, ability to interpret briefs, and capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in New Delhi.
