Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NMaximus MICE & Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D/3D Designer with prior experience in the events industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, stage designs, event layouts, stall designs, and visualisations for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations.

NKey Responsibilities:

NDevelop 2D and 3D visualisations for events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.

NDesign stage layouts, exhibition booths, venue layouts, and experiential installations.

NCreate presentation-ready design concepts for client pitches and proposals.

NWork closely with the client servicing and production teams to translate concepts into practical designs.

NPrepare detailed layoutsand technical drawings required for event execution.

NEnsure designs align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and event objectives.





NSupport the team during pre-production planning and event setup where required.

NRequired Skills:

NStrong conceptualisationand visualisation skills.

NProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

NUnderstanding of event production, fabrication, materials, and spatial design.

NAbility to create both conceptual designs and practical execution drawings.

NGood communication and collaboration skills.

NCandidate Profile:

N2–5 years of experience in the events or experiential marketing industry. Prior experience working on event stages, exhibition stalls, venue layouts, and installations. Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple design projects simultaneously. Solid attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
