Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal review
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial data accuracy
Monitor expenses and support budget tracking activities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Assist with financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports
Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper financial recordkeeping
Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and meet reporting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
