Role Overview
As a Junior Physiotherapist, you will work closely with the Senior Physiotherapist in delivering high-quality patient care. This is a blended role involving clinical assistance, patient coordination, and front-desk support to ensure every patient has a seamless treatment experience.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a strong clinical foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
* Assist the Senior Physiotherapist during patient assessments and treatment sessions.
* Prepare treatment areas and required equipment before patient sessions.
* Carry out prescribed therapy protocols under supervision.
* Monitor patient progress and report observations to the Senior Physiotherapist.
* Maintain accurate treatment notes and patient documentation.
* Educate patients on home exercise programs as instructed.
Patient Coordination
* Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
* Confirm appointments through calls or WhatsApp.
* Handle patient follow-ups and rescheduling when required.
* Welcome patients and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
* Coordinate treatment plans and future appointments.
* Assist in maintaining patient records and treatment history.
Clinic Operations
* Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and ready.
* Maintain inventory of consumables and therapy supplies.
* Coordinate with vendors whenever required.
* Support clinic administration and daily operational activities.
* Help maintain clinic hygiene and service standards.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) (Mandatory)
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are also encouraged.
