Café Coffee Day is looking for a high-energy B2B Sales & Alliances professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strategic brand partnerships and drive incremental revenue through the CCD café network.
What will you do?
• Identify and acquire brands for in-store branding, advertising and promotional partnerships across CCD cafés.
• Develop and drive corporate sales through CCD vouchers, gifting solutions and bulk opportunities.
• Identify and build relationships with corporates, retail brands, digital/online platforms and other potential partners .
• Create compelling sales proposals, presentations and customized partnership solutions based on client requirements.
• Own the sales cycle — prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → execution .
• Negotiate commercials and close profitable business partnerships .
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, IT and F&B; teams to execute client campaigns seamlessly.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking and market research .
• Develop long-term client relationships and drive repeat business and revenue growth .
