Hiring: Financial Reporting Associate
Location: Mumbai
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (until November) | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (December – April)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: CA / ACCA (Qualified)

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
Preparation of Condensed Schedule of Investments (CSoI).
Preparation of Statement of Cash Flows.
Support interim and annual audits by providing required documentation and backup.
Ensure timely delivery of financial statements to hedge fund clients.
Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Work closely with global teams to meet client deadlines.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.




Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Background:
Qualified CA / ACCA.
Experience in Auditing, Financial Reporting, Public Accounting, or Hedge Fund Administration is preferred.
Knowledge of investment company financial statements is an advantage.
