Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance Agency Sales Leader to drive business growth and lead high-performing agency teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Area Managers and agency sales teams.
Drive regional sales performance and achieve business targets.
Recruit, coach, and develop agency leaders and sales teams.
Improve branch productivity, premium renewals, and persistency.
Monitor branch performance through regular reviews and planning.
Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations across the region.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

Eligibility:
Graduation is mandatory.
Post-graduation is preferred.
15+ years of experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel .
Minimum 9 years of experience in a managerial role.
Solid experience in team handling, agency recruitment, sales management, and business development.
Good knowledge of life insurance products, agency operations, and sales processes.
