Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai (Central & Western) real estate projects . The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving property sales, and delivering a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads for luxury / premium real estate projects in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure
Coordinate with developers, channel partners,



and internal teams
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Follow up with clients and ensure high conversion ratios
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Solid knowledge of Mumbai
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience dealing with premium/luxury properties preferred
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Presentable and professional personality
