Role: Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist retail sellers with account, inventory, and order-related queries via email and chat.
✅ Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
✅ Communicate professionally with excellent grammar, tone, and formatting.
✅ Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
✅ Navigate multiple internal systems to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Eligibility




Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational environment
Willing to work on-site in Jaipur (Sitapura)
Work Schedule
5.5 working days per week
Transportation
Cab facility available within a 25 km radius of the Jaipur facility.
Candidates must reside within the operational cab service area.
Significant
This is a 100% on-site role . Remote or work-from-home applications will not be considered.
