Bridgekeys Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our luxury real estate sales division. This role is ideal for a proven leader with experience managing teams selling premium and luxury residential properties and consistently delivering exceptional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branch sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business growth.
Lead, recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing luxury real estate sales team.
Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential projects while managing HNI, UHNI, NRI, and investor relationships.
Support high-value negotiations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and maintain CRM excellence.
Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with developer partners to maximize business growth.
Represent Bridgekeys at luxury project launches, networking events, and developer meetings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
3–6 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales.




Mandatory experience as a Team Leader managing a team selling luxury residential real estate.
Proven success in achieving high-value sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
Strong understanding of Bangalore's luxury real estate market.
