Job Description

IKapital Financial Services is looking for a dedicated and responsible Service Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The candidate should be willing to handle field visits and documentation work while providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer documentation and verification.
- Collect and submit required documents.
- Visit banks, customer locations, and other offices as required.
- Coordinate with customers regarding document collection and processing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Willing to travel for field work.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
