- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers / Sales Executives to achieve monthly business targets.
- Drive sales of secured and unsecured loan products, including Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and related financial products.
- Generate recent business through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.
- Ensure proper lead generation, follow-up, documentation, login, and conversion of cases.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, productivity, and target achievement.
- Conduct regular field visits and support team members in closing important cases.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
