Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role aims to support organizational goals by maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance appraisal processes.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll support.

- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management or administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
