We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Construction Site Supervisor who is eager to learn and enhance their expertise in construction field operations. The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day site activities while gaining hands-on experience in execution, coordination, quality control, and project management.

- Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient use of materials and resources.
- Support senior engineers/project managers in site execution and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.




- Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material logs, and site instructions.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify on-site issues and proactively seek guidance to resolve them.
- Required Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site processes.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a quick-paced environment.
