Job SummaryThe Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care by assessing patient needs, assisting doctors, administering medications, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and infection control standards.

- QualificationGNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Freshers / Experienced candidates may apply (hospital experience preferred)
- Experience0–5 years of experience in hospital setup preferred
- Experience in OPD / IPD / Pain Management / Ward / Procedure assistance is an advantage

1. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
2. Perform patient assessment and monitor vital signs regularly.
3. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
4. Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and emergency situations.
5.



Maintain nursing records, treatment sheets, and patient documentation.
6. Ensure infection control and patient safety practices are followed.
7. Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and discharge instructions.
8. Prepare and maintain clinical areas and medical equipment.
9. Coordinate with doctors, coordinators, and other departments for patient care.
10. Monitor patient progress and immediately report clinical changes.
11. Support admission, discharge, and patient handover processes.
12. Maintain inventory and nursing consumables.
13. Participate in quality initiatives, audits, and training programs.
