Awadh Height Infratech Pvt Ltd is looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.

* Explain our residential plots and row house projects to prospective customers.

* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.

* Follow up with interested customers regularly.

* Schedule and coordinate site visits.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales.

Requirements

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident and positive attitude.

* Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

* Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage.
