Event Manager – Corporate & Startup Events

We’re looking for someone who can take complete ownership of corporate and startup events, from planning the idea to making sure everything runs perfectly on the event day.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan and execute corporate events, startup meets, conferences, workshops & networking events.
- Coordinate with founders, CEOs, speakers, guests, partners & vendors.
- Manage venue, stage, branding, AV, registrations, hospitality & event logistics.
- Lead the on-ground team and ensure smooth event execution.
- Handle last-minute changes and solve on-ground problems independently.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues and partners across different locations.
- Support event promotion, registrations and attendee engagement.
- Build relationships with Business professionals, Startups, Speakers & Event partners.

- Confident interacting with founders, CEOs and senior professionals.
- Energetic, responsible and comfortable taking ownership.




- Adaptable to work in Jaipur as well as travel to other cities for events.
- Comfortable with event-day schedules, travel and on-ground responsibilities.
- Travel and accommodation will be provided for outstation events.
- Freshers with strong communication, coordination and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior corporate/startup event experience is an advantage, but skills and attitude matter more than experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: The mentioned salary is not fixed. Compensation will be flexible and decided based on experience, skills and suitability for the role.

Work Nature

This is an active, coordination-focused role that requires both office-based planning and on-ground event execution. The candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility, coordinating with different teams, and managing situations independently during events.
