About PremisoPremiso Private Limited is a growing Facility Management company focused on delivering professional, technology-enabled property maintenance and housekeeping services for residential communities, homes and other properties.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage day-to-day housekeeping operations at our residential property sites in Pune.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the day-to-day activities of housekeeping staff.
- Allocate daily duties and ensure proper deployment of manpower.
- Prepare and maintain staff attendance, duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, corridors, staircases, parking areas, washrooms and other designated areas.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow prescribed SOPs, cleaning schedules and checklists.
- Monitor proper usage, storage and handling of cleaning chemicals, machines, tools and consumables.
- Ensure adequate availability of housekeeping materials and report requirements on time.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning methods, safety, grooming and professional conduct.
- Identify areas requiring corrective action and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle resident/client feedback professionally and coordinate with the management team for resolution.
- Maintain daily housekeeping reports, inspection records and other operational documentation.
- Monitor staff discipline, punctuality,



grooming and overall performance.
- Coordinate with other site teams such as security, maintenance and facility management wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
- Support the Facility/Property Manager in maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have:

- 2–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
- Experience in residential societies, facility management, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, schools or similar environments.
- Experience managing and supervising a team of housekeeping staff.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment and housekeeping practices.
- Ability to prepare duty rosters and manage manpower effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Marathi and Hindi communication skills are preferred.
- Basic English communication and reporting skills.
- Positive observation and problem-solving ability.
- Strong discipline, ownership and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp for reporting and communication will be an advantage.
