About the Role: Naukariwaala Consultants is looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and helping clients close their hiring requirements.
- Key Responsibilities: Understand client job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Negotiate and communicate salary expectations when required.
- Ensure candidates successfully join after selection.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Requirements: Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of recruitment/HR experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making frequent recruitment calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
