About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Travel Operations & Reservation Executive to join our growing team at SAI TOURS & TRAVELS in Madurai.

This is a versatile, all-in-one role covering customer service, flight/hotel bookings, and daily business operations. Prior experience in travel or airline booking is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn—we will provide hands-on practice, guidance, and training on our systems and booking platforms!

Key Responsibilities:

• Flight & Travel Bookings: Assist clients with domestic/international flight reservations, hotel bookings, and tour packages.

• Daily Operations & Management: Coordinate daily office tasks, customer inquiries, itineraries, and booking records.

• Airline & Vendor Coordination: Handle ticket modifications, seat selections, cancellations,



and liaise with travel partners/suppliers.

• Customer Assistance: Understand client requirements, provide travel consultation, and ensure smooth travel experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome: Prior experience in travel/airline bookings is helpful, but full training and practice will be provided.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, internet navigation, and good typing speed.

• Soft Skills: Robust communication skills, quick learning ability, and high attention to detail.

• Languages: Fluency in Tamil and basic conversational/written English.
