Job Purpose: Team Manager

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance across a range of financial products and services. You will assess clients’ overall financial needs, understand their financial goals, and help develop suitable financial plans to support secure and informed financial decisions.

The role also involves recruiting quality financial advisors, providing training and continuous support, and enabling them to build their client base and generate business from the market while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Licensing
2. Identify and recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure they complete the required licensing process to achieve the annual targets outlined in the Goal Sheet.
3. Training & Performance Management
4. Provide on-the-job training, regular guidance, and ongoing support to advisors.



Monitor their performance and help them achieve their individual and team targets.
5. Business & Team Performance
6. Monitor the investment business generated by the team of advisors and ensure consistent performance and persistence of the business to achieve overall team profitability.

- Opportunity for promotion to the next designation upon 100% completion of the Goal Sheet within 6–12 months.
- Opportunity to progress to the position of Branch Manager upon successful completion of the required criteria, potentially within 12 months.
