- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, ventilation systems and pumps.
- Carry out daily inspection of HVAC equipment and record operating parameters.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, current and other equipment parameters.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment faults and attend breakdowns promptly.
- Monitor chilled water supply and return temperatures.
- Check and maintain chilled water pumps, valves, strainers and associated piping.
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance of AHU/FCU filters, coils, drain trays and blowers.
- Check for abnormal noise, vibration, leakage and other equipment abnormalities.




- Coordinate with BMS operators and monitor HVAC equipment through BMS where applicable.
- Ensure HVAC equipment is operated as per approved schedules and set points.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and spare parts used.
- Coordinate with external HVAC service vendors during AMC and major maintenance activities.
- Follow all EHS and safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in HVAC plant rooms and work areas.
- Attend emergency HVAC complaints and restore equipment operation at the earliest.
