Job SummaryDelhi Diamonds is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with creative teams for advertisements, promotional materials, and branding.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize return on investment (ROI).




- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the jewellery, luxury retail, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and branding.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in jewellery or luxury retail marketing.
- Knowledge of content creation, influencer marketing, and campaign management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
