Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking candidates for our US Home Health Campaign. The role involves making outbound calls to Medicare patients, explaining home health services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments while maintaining professionalism and accurate CRM records. Prior experience in US healthcare campaigns, Medicare, Home Health, or medical lead generation is preferred but not mandatory. Robust communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in the 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM night shift are required.
