At RetrieveFit — Lean Life Coaching , we help busy IT professionals, business owners, and NRIs lose weight without restrictive diets, boring food, or plans that fall apart during travel, work pressure, and family events.

Our clients do not need another PDF diet plan.

They need someone who checks in, understands what is going wrong, helps them get back on track, and makes sure they keep moving forward.

That is where you come in.

About the Role

As our Account Manager , you will take ownership of daily client accountability and follow-ups.

Your job is to make sure clients feel supported, stay engaged with the programme, and take the actions required to achieve their fitness goals.

This is not a passive coordination role.

You will be closely involved in the client’s journey and will help them stay consistent through busy schedules, cravings, travel, missed workouts, low motivation, and other roadblocks.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Following up with clients daily
- Reviewing their updates, habits, progress, and challenges
- Keeping clients accountable to their nutrition and training plans
- Identifying clients who are becoming inconsistent or disengaged
- Understanding why a client has fallen off track
- Helping clients return to their routine without guilt or judgment
- Escalating nutrition, training, or progress concerns to the coaching team




- Maintaining clear client records and follow-up notes
- Making sure no client feels ignored or unsupported
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
