- Responsible for the successful delivery of qualified services engagements, managing low-complexity projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during service engagements for both internal teams and external customers.
- Plan and execute project plans, defining scope, success criteria, dependencies, and roles/responsibilities.
