Job Summary We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition, generate new business, build strong client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities. Acquire new customers and develop long-term relationships. Explain and promote company products/services to prospective customers. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Follow up with customers and ensure timely conversion. Achieve monthly sales and business targets. Maintain regular market visits and develop the assigned territory. Maintain daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer records. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer service.
Requirements Graduation is mandatory. 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Banking / Finance / Insurance. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable with field sales and target-based work. Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
