FOJOMO Solar is a rapidly growing solar EPC company dedicated to accelerating India's transition to clean energy. We provide high-quality rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers, with a strong focus on the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Sales Executives to expand our presence across Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, local campaigns, and networking.
- Promote residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar solutions.
- Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, government subsidies, electricity bill savings, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct customer meetings and coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build relationships with dealers, builders, architects, electricians, housing societies, and channel partners.
- Maintain daily sales activities and customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent FOJOMO Solar at awareness campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Solar,



Electrical, or EPC.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building ability.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
