Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients for residential and commercial real estate projects. Daily responsibilities include meeting and consulting with clients, understanding their investment and property requirements, presenting suitable project options, and coordinating site visits. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication, preparing proposals,



and supporting closure of deals in collaboration with the sales and advisory teams. The Business Development Executive will work closely with internal teams to support project marketing initiatives, gather market feedback, and contribute to revenue growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, build pipelines, and convert opportunities.
- Freshers or 0 - 6 months experienced in related fields.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, present property solutions clearly, and negotiate effectively.
- Relevant experience in real estate consulting, property advisory, or sales is highly beneficial.
- Strong customer service orientation, target-driven mindset, and comfort working in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and report performance.
