About the Role
We're looking for a creative problem-solver with deep electronics expertise and a passion for emerging technology to lead R&D; projects and quality across our electronic product portfolio. In this role, you'll own project plans end-to-end, drive quality and test strategy, and act as the key bridge between our technical teams and external partners.

What You'll Do
Lead R&D; projects — Build and execute project plans, analyze risks, track milestones, and resolve blockers while serving as the primary liaison between technical staff and third-party contractors.
Own test strategy — Develop and run test plans for new and existing products, identify equipment for AQL inspection, and define internal test procedures.
Drive quality — Conduct quality inspections and audits on components and systems for compliance with standards such as IEC 61508 and ISO 26262.
Collaborate cross-functionally — Partner with design, production,



and other teams to spot quality risks, implement corrective actions, and resolve issues.
Analyze and document — Interpret quality data, generate reports, and maintain thorough QA documentation.
Perform root cause analysis — Diagnose defects and implement effective corrective actions.
Manage test equipment — Set testing strategy, source the right equipment, and ensure calibration, maintenance, and reliable operation in office and with vendors.
Champion continuous improvement — Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance products.
What You'll Bring
8+ years designing and technically managing electronic products — consumer electronics with multilayer PCBs preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering required; Master's preferred.
Strong grasp of electronic system design and the full product development lifecycle across hardware, firmware, and software, with familiarity across microcontroller platforms.
