Role Description The Digital Head (Performance) – D2C / FMCG role is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves owning performance marketing strategy and execution across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Fitspire’s D2C business. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, optimizing ad spends, analyzing web and campaign performance data, and collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to align digital initiatives with business goals. The Digital Head will lead digital transformation projects, oversee the implementation of tools and platforms, and ensure data-driven decision-making. This role also includes guiding and mentoring team members, managing external partners or agencies, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve digital performance and customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation, with experience driving performance-focused initiatives for D2C and/or FMCG brands.
Proficiency in Project Management,



including planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns and initiatives.
Demonstrated Team Leadership skills, with experience managing, mentoring, and developing cross-functional or digital marketing teams.
Hands-on experience with Web Analytics, including use of tools such as Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and attribution platforms to inform decisions.
Proven track record in performance marketing (paid social, search, marketplaces), growth marketing, and funnel optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data, KPIs, and ROI-focused metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams.
