Role Description The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and growth opportunities for Cnox. This full-time role involves building relationships with startups, investors, educational institutions, and corporate partners, while promoting Cnox’s programs and community offerings.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, managing partner outreach, and coordinating events and initiatives that strengthen the ecosystem. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings, track performance metrics, and ensure high-quality engagement with members and stakeholders. This is an in office position based in Bhubaneswar and requires regular in-person meetings, presentations, and networking activities.
Qualifications

Strong business development and relationship management skills, including experience in partnership building, client acquisition, or sales in a startup, innovation, or education-focused environment.
