Dealer Identification and Selection:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential dealer partners who align with the company's values, brand image, and quality standards.
Establish selection criteria and evaluate prospective dealers based on their financial stability, market presence, infrastructure, and capabilities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential dealerships, ensuring a steady supply of qualified prospects.
Dealer Development and Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop dealer development programs, training initiatives, and incentive schemes.




Provide guidance and support to dealers in meeting sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
