We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality initiatives across our digital engineering ecosystem. In this full-time remote role, you’ll own end-to-end software quality—from architecting automated test frameworks to driving root-cause analysis across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
What You’ll Do
Drive Automation First: Design, build, and scale reliable test automation frameworks using modern tools like Playwright and Selenium.
Ensure Web & API Reliability: Perform comprehensive functional, API, database, and cross-browser testing to validate performance against critical requirements.
Shift-Left Quality: Collaborate directly with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams during early design phases to catch bugs before they reach code complete.
Continuous Integration: Integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast,



zero-downtime deployments.
Lead & Elevate: Define QA strategy, maintain robust test plans, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous process improvements across the testing lifecycle.

? What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance with a proven track record in a Senior or Lead QA role.
Strong Automation Expertise: Proven hands-on proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, or similar modern web/mobile automation tools.
API & Database Validation: Solid experience testing RESTful APIs (Postman, REST Assured) and writing SQL queries for database verification.
CI/CD & DevOps Savvy: Familiarity with test execution in modern deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Solid Foundation: Expertise in test case management (Jira, TestRail), regression testing, and root-cause defect analysis.
