Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day outreach and engagement activities to grow awareness and adoption of the company’s AI design platform. Responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, following up with prospective users, responding to inquiries, and providing basic customer support. The intern will help draft marketing messages, support social media or email campaigns, and participate in online product demonstrations or training sessions under guidance.



This is a remote internship role, offering practical experience in sales and marketing within a technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective and current users.
Interest in Sales and Sales Management, including lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and basic reporting.
Ability to assist with Training activities, such as guiding current users through platform features.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, email, content) is beneficial.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Comfort with using online collaboration tools and CRM or similar systems.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
