Roles & Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Post internship and job openings across various recruitment channels.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
Assist in onboarding new interns and employees.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
Respond to candidate queries professionally.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Eligibility
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR,



Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or any related field.
Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
