Key Responsibilities
Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organisation, such as sales, marketing, product training, support & customer services.
Collaborating with managers to plan work output for the organisation.
Approach warm leads and convert them into paying customers.
Strategize and carry out sales development activities and marketing campaigns
Conceptualize and create graphics and videos to support marketing efforts through social media with the help of the design team
Help new clients get acquainted with the InvestWell software and provide after-sales support.
Manage existing client queries regarding the InvestWell software.
Communicate client feedback and collaborate across Product and Design teams.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Management/ Technology or related field.
A keen interest in Finance and Investments will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Should have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in regional languages will be an advantage
