Project and Development Services

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Monitors progress towards achievement of financial and non-financial objectives and KPIs and reports status to Cluster/City lead on regular basis. Spearhead implementation of PDS India operations policies, procedures, and systems. Support cluster lead in operations, training, incident management, and legal compliance. Ensure that occupational HS&E; standards prescribed are maintained.



Responsible for ensuring and billing monthly revenue plan across the cluster projects. Responsible for payments collections for the cluster to maintain AR as per business plan.

Project Oversight: Provide oversight and guidance to Project Directors, Senior Project Leads and project Leads within the region, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations. Develop and ensure client relationships. Contribute to bring repeat business from existing clients. Advises project leadership on contract administration matters.

Project delivery: In collaboration with Project Director/Senior Leads agrees start-up activities by structuring and integrating project functional plans and maintain regular and pro-active client contact until such time as project or program organization is established.
