✅ Graduates or Final-Year Students from any relevant discipline
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is an added advantage
✅ Good communication and report-writing skills
✅ Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
✅ Passion for research, data analytics, and continuous learning
? Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations
• Create, maintain, and update dashboards, trackers, and reports




• Support research teams in data collection, validation, cleaning, and visualization
• Prepare analytical summaries and contribute to research reports and project deliverables
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and consulting assignments
